Tip Top Meats provides outstanding customer service and the highest quality products. We are one of the last butcher shops in Southern California to buy meat hanging, not boxed. Our line of hand-cut Angus Beef steaks, pork and poultry products are a cut above.
We process meats in-house. Our smokehouse, sausage kitchen, and prep room are state licensed and inspected. We have meats on display and custom cuts to order. We dry-age meat for 28 days. There is a licensed inspector on premises during business hours to ensure that proper handling procedures are followed. We process wild game and home-fed animals and provide service to schools, home farms and county fairs. We are very proud to be able to offer the finest quality and selection at competitive prices.
In addition we produce a wide variety of fine meat products, including smoked bacon, ham, chicken, salisbury steak, meatloaf, pastrami and corned beef. We offer Diestel Turkeys which are range grown, naturally fed and available from 8 to 50 lbs. Our specialty meats include boneless stuffed Tur-duc-hens, fruit stuffed pork roasts, barons of beef, suckling pigs, city chicken, pork, veal and lamb crown roasts, ducks, and geese. Our ground beef is ground several times daily. We take special orders everyday, from ground pork, veal or mixed, to salisbury steak, ham loaves, smoked chicken, turkey or pork loins.
We will cook any cut of meat for you, including turkeys, pigs and steamboat rounds. Allow three days notice for whole pigs and steamboad rounds. You name it, we'll do it. Don't forget that we also cook any roast you like and we can have it hot, sliced and trayed for you to pick up on your way home from the office.
